What is the 30 Day Guarantee?

We're only happy if you're happy. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge. Simply reach out to us at ryan@plance.co with photos of your plant and order number.

What does Pet Safe mean?

Each plant labeled as pet safe is non-toxic to both cats and dogs if consumed. Any plants that are toxic to animals are indicated as such on their product page.

Where do your plants come from?

Our plants are grown and shipped directly from nurseries in Florida and Southern California. This ensures we can quickly and efficiently get our plants to you.

How do you prepare plants for shipping?

Our packaging includes wood fiber to cover our soil to help prevent spillage. The wood fiber is placed over the soil, under the foliage. We then use a bag to cover the planter and wood fibers. It is secured tightly with a zip-tie. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to customers within the contiguous United States. However, we are working to ship to our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and abroad soon!

Why buy plants online?

Buying plants online saves you from wasting time at the garden shop or nursery. Simply order your plant favorites and check your doorstep in a few days!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. For orders of 15 or more plants, please reach out to ryan@plance.co. For orders less than 15, please checkout like normal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however we are only able to cancel orders within 24 hours of them being placed. If you would like to cancel, please email us at ryan@plance.co. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept canceled orders after 24 hours.

Should I talk to my plants?

This topic is heavily debated. Here at plance.co, we suggest that you talk to your plants only if you use a funny accent.
