The Watermelon Peperomia is named such for its leaves' resemblance to watermelons. It has light green leaves with dark green stripes that race down the length of the leaves. It is native to South America. During the summer months, small green flowers are also known to appear on the plant.

Water this plant when the top half of the soil feels dry to the touch. When watering, do so until water runs out of the drainage hole.
